Review of Sweta Villa HotelMy experience at Sweta Villa Hotel, booked for its proximity to my exam center, was marked by significant challenges. Upon arrival, the manager claimed my reservation was unconfirmed despite showing proof, insisting I contact customer care. While the staff displayed helpfulness, the manager's unprofessionalism overshadowed this. The room, while comfortable and clean, was a shared space with limited amenities, which I found disappointing for the price of ₹386. I was informed that a private, non-AC room would cost ₹1200, a considerable hike given the lack of attached washrooms—a crucial aspect for travelers looking for comfort. Location-wise, reaching the hotel proved difficult due to its isolated streets, which posed further inconvenience. It is vital for budget-conscious students or travelers to consider these factors when choosing accommodations.
